Stand up for nature
Campaign with us
To see at least 30% of our land and seas recovering by 2030, there needs to be more people influencing each other to take sustained, collective action for nature and climate.
At Dorset Wildlife Trust we act at a local level for nature and people in Dorset, and where issues are of national concern, we work in partnership with our fellow trusts and partner organisations across the country to maximise our impact.
With over 27,000 members in Dorset, together we can ensure that we give nature a voice. We want to see at least 30% of our land and seas recovering by 2030.
Our aim is to create a wilder Dorset. Connecting people to wildlife and wild places, connecting wildlife to wildlife by reconnecting and restoring habitats, and connecting people to people by building connections within the community.
To bring about the positive change that’s needed for the future health of our wildlife and wild places, we rely on our knowledge, scientific data and influence to encourage key stakeholders in nature in the county to take action - in many cases this involves lobbying for legislative change. Find out how you can get involved and campaign with us.
