Please use this form to fill in as much detail as possible about the event you are holding. There are descriptions next to the form to help you fill it in. Some fields, like contact details, are mandatory. We aim to get your event live on the website 2 weeks after you have submitted this webform. If you need an event to be added before or after these dates, please make a note of this in the event booking box. 

If your event could be cancelled due to bad weather, please include this in the booking information section, asking people attending (especially if they haven't booked and we don't have contact details) to check the DWT website for updates about any cancelled events before attending. 

Please give a short description of the event no more than 30 words, e.g. Join us for a beach clean at Chesil Beach and a walk around the Fleet Lagoon.

Please give a detailed description about the event here, including any information about meeting points and other important details. This is your opportunity to really sell your event and encourage people to attend! 
Please describe how poeple should book on to the event, via a booking button for Eventbrite, sending an email or phoning. If they do not need to book, please say so. Please include any restrictions/limited number information which are in place for event venues/visitor centres. 
Please state the price or donation required for the event.
