About the event

Join a Dorset Wildlife Trust Warden on this family event at Lorton Meadows nature reserve for an afternoon dedicated to butterflies. As spring warms up and wildflowers burst into bloom, we will take a walk around our ancient meadows looking for butterfly species feeding on nectar. Our staff and volunteers will help you identify the butterflies and other wildlife we see along the way.

This event is suitable for adults and families with children from 4 to 15 yrs old. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
