About the event

Join a warden as we wander along the beach to discover what fascinating seashore wildlife can be spotted in Kimmeridge Bay, the best rockpooling site in Dorset. During this Easter special, we will be keeping an eye out for any eggs laid by marine creatures in the rockpools and on the seashore. We will follow the Seashore Code to avoid causing any harm and find out what we can all do to help marine wildlife.

Mobility

The event includes walking over uneven and sometimes slippery rocks so is unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

What to bring

Wellies are recommended or other sturdy footwear for walking along the beach that you don't mind getting a bit wet. Please dress appropriately for the weather. All equipment will be provided.

Parking information

Access to Kimmeridge Bay is via a toll road which costs £6 per car (charges vary depending on the vehicle). Car parking is included in the toll fee.
