Are you an experienced Area/Regional Sales or Fundraising Manager – or a local field sales manager ready to take the next step - with excellent direct sales and/or fundraising and people management experience, drive and motivational skills? Would you like to build and further develop geographically dispersed recruiting teams whose important goal is to gain new members and generate revenue for local Wildlife Trust charities?

South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (‘SWWFL’) is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated sales / F2F fundraising manager to lead a successful membership recruitment team across Dorset and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trusts.
SWWFL is a successful, growing (doubling memberships & revenue in 5 years) wholly Wildlife Trust-owned organisation, now working with 11 regional Wildlife Trusts across England and Wales. We deliver specialist face-to-face membership recruitment at pre-arranged venues such as retail stores, local shows & events for our Trusts. The Membership Sales Manager (‘MSM’), working with the central operations team in Exeter and Dorset and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust colleagues, maximises opportunity by building teams, developing marketing presence, improving membership recruiters and optimising quality local venues/events. The successful appointee will be confident leading from the front to improve the sales skills and fundraising performance of Membership Recruiters through regular training and field coaching, supported by a Sales Team Manager. This is a key strategic leadership role for the SWWFL management team, working in partnership with Dorset and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust managers, to deliver continuous improvement. If you have a proven track record of managing remote teams to deliver targets and adding value this rewarding role could be for you!
This role will be part-time, 3 days per week, to include some weekend working as these are key to success. The postholder will be home-based to cover our existing team and likely to be in Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight or neighbouring counties. The benefits include generous commission plan, flexible working, good annual leave and pension based on length of service, laptop and phone. Beyond that, the satisfaction of making a real difference to our environment and working for a progressive, friendly, ethical company.
