Calling all budding young marine conservationists! Come and spend a day with the team behind the scenes at the Wild Seas Centre.

About the event
This National Marine Week, we are offering a special opportunity to spend a day with the team at the Wild Seas Centre. Perfect for all budding marine conservationists.
During the day, participants will discover local marine wildlife, learn how to protect it and find out about this special area while obtaining some practical marine conservation skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to help behind the scenes in our aquarium and carry out surveys to monitor the seashore. Activities may vary depending on conditions on the day.
Programme:
- Wild Seas Centre and aquarium activities - 11am to 12.45pm
- Lunch break - 12.45pm to 1.30pm (please bring a packed lunch)
- Seashore activities - 1.30pm to 4pm
Suitable for ages 8-12 years. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the day.
