Things to do
Nature is for everyone
Being outdoors and connected to nature is proven to make a positive difference to people's lives. From visiting one of our 40 nature reserves (all free to visit and open 7 days a week) to immerse yourself in nature or to spot local wildlife, watching our barn owl webcam or joining an event or course at our visitor centre to making your garden, balcony or local green space wildlife-friendly, there are plenty of things that you can do to enjoy wildlife.
Of course, one of the best things you can do to help Dorset's wildlife is to join us. Our 27,000 members get regular updates about our work and what's happening on our nature reserves throughout the year - find out more about membership.
